Disk ][ Controller Card Output Update!
Finally, I am able to read some consistent bytes from the controller card that look like I would expect! However, I am not totally sure why it is suddenly working...

figure out where it lines up and do some math to make offsets to make it solid
Thanks for the input. However, I am getting really consistent input now which is consistent with the docs on the Disk ][. I really think there are some problems with libmpsse though. I need to spend some time getting to know the library.
